Roy Sanders opened up the Opry with another impressive selection of old ‘sitting on the porch’ , and Bluegrass music, Roy always finds great old music, and shares some of the history of it as well, very entertaining, and informative at the same time. Be sure to be here the second Saturday of the month to hear him. Then grab some food and make an evening of it, all here at the Chriesman Community Center.
George Lambert and the Moonlighters took over and played music that is a little newer, but still of the great old country music genre. George Sr of course sang a few old favorites that we all enjoy hearing like ‘Cattle Call’ etc. Tonight, Chuck Crenuch joined them, bringing the total on stage to six. They did a great job.
